Chandler, Arizona · 7460 West Orchid Lane

Three departments. Three numbers. One of them is open.

Sales trades until eight. The service drive was already an hour into its day when sales unlocked, and it shuts two hours before them. Nothing on a dealership website ever tells you that, so this page opens with it.

Why that sentence is at the top

The wasted trip is always the same trip.

Somebody drives out on a Sunday afternoon with a warning light on the cluster, because the showroom lights are on and the website said open. The service drive has been dark since Saturday at two. Nobody did anything wrong. The information was on the site. It was on the site four screens down, in a footer, in grey, in three columns nobody scrolls to on a phone.

  • Their current site has no viewport tag

The page renders at desktop width on every phone, so the footer where those hours live comes out about four millimetres tall. Pinching to read opening hours is not a browsing problem, it is a lost appointment.

  • Three lines, and no way to tell them apart

866-767-4913, 866-767-4914, 866-767-4915. Sales, service, parts. Printed as one grey run of digits in the header of every page.

  • Two schedules, printed as one

Sales keeps a twelve hour weekday and trades on Sunday. Service and parts keep an eleven hour weekday, a half Saturday, and no Sunday at all. One line of hours cannot describe both.

The board

So we put the answer above everything else.

Every hour and every number below is transcribed from the dealership's own pages. Nothing here is estimated. The only thing this page adds is the part a visitor actually wants, which is whether the department they need is answering the phone at the moment they are holding it.

The detail that gives it away

Arizona does not observe daylight saving. Every off-the-shelf opening hours widget reads the clock in the visitor's own timezone, which means it is right for Chandler about seven months a year and an hour wrong for the other five. This board resolves the time in America/Phoenix explicitly. It is four lines of code, and it is the difference between a page that is useful and a page that confidently lies to somebody in California every spring.

If it is sales you want

Then it is one of these three, most weeks.

These are the three models the dealership's own navigation puts forward before any other. Each one links through to their live inventory, because what is on the lot this morning is a question only their own stock feed can answer.

No prices, payments, rates or terms are quoted anywhere on this concept. Vehicle offers change weekly and are governed by disclosure rules, so every one of them links to the dealership's own live page instead.

And if it is service

Here is the door you actually use.

A dealership service department is not one thing. It is a scheduler, a drive, a parts counter, a body shop and a prepaid maintenance plan, and they are run by different people behind the same building. Their own site lists all of it. It lists it across four dropdown menus, at desktop width, on a phone.

Service and parts, in full

Call the right department. Right now.

Three lines, and the board at the top of this page already told you which one is answering. On a phone that is one tap instead of a pinch, a scroll and a guess.

Before you drive out

The five that get asked at the desk.

Which number do I call to book a service appointment?

866-767-4914, the service line, Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm or Saturday between 8am and 2pm. Outside those hours the sales line still answers, and sales cannot open a repair order for you, so the board at the top of this page shows which department is live before you dial.

Why does the service department open before the showroom?

Because service runs on the commute. The drive opens at 7am so a car can be dropped on the way to work in Phoenix or Tempe and collected the same evening. Sales opens at 8 and trades until 8, which is a different day built around a different visit.

Are you open on Sunday?

Sales only, 11am to 5pm. Service and parts are closed. It is the single most common wasted trip to this address, which is why Sunday is called out on the board rather than buried in a footer.

Where exactly is the dealership?

7460 West Orchid Lane, Chandler, AZ 85226, in the Chandler auto corridor off the I-10. It serves drivers from Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Ahwatukee and Scottsdale.

Can I see prices and offers on this page?

No, and that is on purpose. Vehicle pricing, lease terms and finance rates change weekly and are governed by disclosure rules, so every offer here links straight to the dealership's own live page rather than repeating a number that might be a week old.
